a third party such as a mediator can bring vitality to a situation, fostering fresh, creative problem-solving approaches,
as well as reprieve for those organizational leaders tired of trying to manage or navigate around the conflict while
the organization's mission and vision suffers.
FEES - Hourly or project based.
